Please send an image of the damaged product along with your Order Number and an explanation of the problem.  If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.

Booking of events of business customers

Cancellation policy: We invoice 70% of the price if the customer cancels the booking less 14 days in advance.

Booking of events of private customers

Cancellation policy: We invoice 70% of the price if the customer cancels the booking less 7 days in advance, and 100% of the price if the customer cancels the booking less than 48 hours in advance.
