Orange chia Muffcake is already internationally renowned. A resident of Älmhult took it with him to India. He sent me photos of his family enjoying it. What a blessing to be gifted with something so delicious.

We bake our cakes with spelt and wheat flour, and use soy, pea, or oat milk. If you have any allergies, please let us know. Everyone is entitled to a good fika, of course!
